Knighty, it still might not be constitutional b/c the states can't pass any immigration laws or add to federal laws.

it appears the objective of big brother's corporate controllers is to use illegal immigrants to lower wages and to put america in even more debt.

more debt means more profit and control for these elites.

KT,

>>Actually, Arizona changed the bill today to be more like you already thought it was. Driving while tan is not longer a "show me your papers" offense. It may actually be Constituional now, but I haven't read it all, so I can't determine that yet. I hope it is.<<

Don't you ever get tired of lying?

No cop could pull over anyone because they are tan, black or anything else under any current or potential law in AZ or anywhere else.

That's the big lie.

This law was crafted by people that went through great pains to make sure it would not be racist or even perceived as racist BY SENSIBLE PEOPLE because there was too much to lose politically from any backlash.

They could pull people over for the same reasons they were legally allowed to before, but could then take it a step further if there was a reasonable reason to suspect that the person/people in the car were illegal.

The fact that a small percentage of cops might not behave responsibly is not a good thing, but neither is the fact that a few American soldiers raped Asian women during WW2. WE still had to fight the war.

To be quite honest, any legal Hispanic that is not heavily in favor of strict controls over immigration and deportation of illegals is a moron because the eventual additional costs to our system are going fuck them up too.
