Hell no, it isn't.. I am just sick about this.. Even though I haven't written much about it.. As I am not a whiner.. I am willing to give up a lousy ONE year of our petroleum consumption, as projected from the off shore reserves, to protect a FAR more important treasure.. Our near shore environment. So how to begin with ? Conservation.. For starters, a HUGE petroleum including gas tax on unneeded consumption, whether it is wasteful driving(maybe, probably rationing is needed), obscene use of heating and AC.. We can get by with our thermo at 61 in the winter and AC at 90 in the summer.. We do with the former but don't HAVE or want the latter except occasionaly so we don't even have it....Sh!t I still have two long sleaves sweat shirts on plus a t-shirt as I type.. So, "Buck Up" as our friend says so, who did SO, when going through breast cancer therapy, and she WON,,
