Reported last night the burning operations had been suspended. It looks like the test burns only removed 450 gallons of oil to date. The wind (and seas) have picked up with the push coming strong from the south this morning.

Yesterday there was a Transocean confirmation they are working on an at-the-source containment scheme deepwaterhorizonresponse.com (good catch Longtimber) and a report yesterday that the dome portion was complete, that piping was being assembled and that it had
never been tried before at this depth
