Dailykos as always is full of crap. This issue is beyond party politics. Politics is a preference and choice. Whether we continue to live in a quality environment or perish as a human race is not a choice. I am not thrilled to hear from Obama that we should continue to drill but with some safeguards. bloomberg.com At this time, I did not expect him to even insinuate that we should continue to drill. All I expect from my President is to constantly stress that we will get to the bottom of this, take heavy punitive measures of those guilty and review safety at existing rigs. It is good that all drilling has been halted temporarily.
