The extent to which this appears to be occurring in the field of medicine is shocking to me. It seems like every correlation that pops up ends up in a news story somewhere. And people jump on it. Even, dare I say it, amongst medical pros.

So you are claiming that it is high sugar content in diets that lead to obesity and high cholesterol, not high saturated or trans fats?
