But the point is that if the Pope (and all the other Christians) had followed it when they were "blinded" by their nature as you call it, THEN (blinded as they were) they wanted their slaves to remain their PROPERTY and obedient to ALL their commands. So what they wanted those "others" to "do unto them" was OBEY and WORK and be the PROPERTY of. Were they willing to do unto the slaves what they wanted the slaves to do unto them? NO NO NO.

And if they had...why would that be such a good rule to follow? Everybody would be slaves or trying their best to outdo one another in abject degradation. What is good about that?
