God PIMPED the wives to the neighbors AND he caused them to rape the women. None of them had any choice in the matter. It was decided by God. God didn't say: Well, let us see what happens? Maybe you will be "punished" (ha! ha!) by the humilation of having the neighbours rape your wives in plain view--or maybe they won't rape them and I will prove myself a useless God who cannot be relied upon to punish"!! No, no! God didn't say that. God said I WILL cause your wives to be raped by your neighbours in plain view!
