it is, as Koan said. blow blow blow out from the land. I think BP will do right, especially if any of ARCO people still have any say. we have to fight this right now, that is the main thing... move it on out from land. stuff that hole. and all that. for the men who didn't plan for this, tho? time enough to deal with them. in private. tho the public should know... it will be dealt with and never again will the worst be unprepared for.
