Me thinks you got it wrong, he is trying to dig this country out of the biggest hole since 1929-33 and things are turning around. He is achieving this , perhaps more slowly than all hoped for, despite the best efforts of the conservatives. In order to achieve fiscal success he will have to cut fed govt expenditures by at least 10%, perhaps more and increase revenues by 15%. The dreaded tax increases on the rich and big corporations have to be considered if we are ever going to get things back to sanity. Why, for example , should EXXON pay a 1% taxon its profits? That is insanity.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Heard it before.

Unfortunately, the hole is deeper today than it was when Bush left, so whatever Obama is doing isn't working.
