Sir, I agree totally with you. I too laughed because I didn't want to Cry. I was so totally dumbfounded I could not make an utterance. But the sheer audacity of these subhumans defies words. Did you catch the small note at the bottom of page three " Indebtedness of Directors and Officers " Mr. William Rutledge, a former Director of the Corporation is indebted to the Corporation in the amount of $50,000. However, we must give credit where it is due, truly these individuals must have balls the size of grapefruits and their respect for our intelligence is obvious. Did you note, in the Statement of Executive Compensation
they managed to pay themselves $325,192 on top of the option money.
Graham, there was no bait in my post, it was pure rage. I immediately
went for a four mile run to contain my blood pressure. During the run I thought, would it not be justice if we shareholders funded several individuals to attend the meeting and turf these sleazebags out on their respective backsides. Some candidates came to mind, Rick in Texas, Saul and perhaps yourself. My Respects, willyum
