It is simply obvious that if every country gives every citizen care, waiting will be in the equation . Aw, dang, and here I just posted that you seem to understand that that's choice Canada made. You clearly wrote in the post to which I just responded that it's a trade-off against affordability. Why you then insist that it's inherent to universal care?

I do not want anyone, Americans included to have to wait for health care.There is no animosity. It is simply obvious that if every country gives every citizen care, waiting will be in the equation. You don't want it, its just necessary. And you want what is necessary. I didn't have to wait three months for an MRI when I tore cartilege in my knee like my boss who'd been working in Calgary was told he would related to his back problem. I should really have had to wait three months ... because it was necessary .... not that you want it to be.
