(Local water main breaks are a bit more the bailiwick of municipal authorities... unless what you are *actually expecting* and calling for is more akin to an all-knowing, all-seeing, omnipotent 'God' who directs and predestines all activity... and not just some lowly human who has won an election.)

PS --- quite a bit of federal funding for state infrastructure, including water projects, was in the stimulus bill --- which shorty opposed repeatedly as I recall. Pretty funny flip-flop now! <GGG>

Actually, that line is about 7 years old, which means that there was a design, installation,or product problem. I believe it was federally funded during the previous administration.
