[IBM]

<<<I was wondering where Amati stands with IBM lately. I remember them being 60 % of their income. Do you know if they have increased their business with them?>>>

Just for you, from the most recent 10-K:

"Fiscal 1997 sales to IBM accounted for approximately 51% of the Company's revenues. . . The Company's connectivity market share and revenues have been declining in recent years and are expected to continue to decline." This is the old ICOT business and it looks as though it'll fade away.

Cheers!
