Puhrty,

If they halt trading will halt DTC and TA transactions as well? Please tell the truth as I will confirm in the AM.

TIA

Puhrty: If there truely is a short squeeze here, then this stock will NEVER "cease" trading. somewhere somehow money will be found to satisfy any requiremnets that the NASD wants. A halt from what I understand can only last 20 days at the max. al

Could you post a link to this Rule 15C211? In my several years of playing the BB markets, most of the companies don't post earnings. Why do you think they are still on the BB. I could see if they were on the national market or small cap, but this is the BB. NO regulations. Will you please state the TRUTH?

Eric

Ummmmm... what a shame (for your dire predictions) that NASD DOES NOT MAKE A MARKET IN RMIL!

First off: this is a BB stock. The rules are different than on the NASDQ
Second off: The filing due is for the end of a year. 10Q. Not a normal quarter. More time is allowed.

<<Your absolutely right!

The NASD is required under rule 15c211 to cease making markets in stocks
without current financials. Most of the time they ignore the rule when the stock is on
its lip. But, when a stock is active and moving up as RMIL is doing, then they have
no alternative but to cease trading. The absence of a current 10K is what will cause
the crash.>>

"The NASD is required under rule 15c211 to cease making markets in stocks without current financials."

This is one of my concerns regarding the financials and suggest that a shareholder today contact RMIL and get a definitive date for release.
