Roger,

Already short SEBL. Considering BROC, but I have a couple of concerns.

1. If Netgain sales will not drive revenues until Q2 98, what's going to drive this stock over the next nine months? Are you anticipating stepped up coverage from the Street?

2. BROC is quite a small company. I haven't really checked but I'm guessing that they've spent at most $5 million developing Netgain. What's to stop SEBL--or another competitor for that matter--from developing an equal or superior product? And even if BROC's product is a winner, does it have the sales force, name recognition etc. to translate that into sales?
