Mike your missing my point. IF Zapara screwed Mork. Then why doesn't Mork sue Zapara. Why try to take the comp. name? Why not go after Zapara? Hes taken something personal and made it public. There must be other motives here. Boogie

So, you are saying that if someone sues me, all I have to do is legally change my name and then the suit is null and void and the sueing party will have to start over again. This is really good to know.

NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ yes they are, but not pink sheet stocks allthough I did find where that changes next year. One of the regulations I do like. Now if you have something else, like a link to one of the many fine libraries on the net that contain this so called regulation that applies to pink sheet stocks, you can prove me wrong Carl
