MADRID (Dow Jones)--Greece's EUR110 billion bailout deal with other euro-zone countries and the International Monetary Fund should help to calm euro-zone financial markets immediately, European Central Bank Governing Council member Miguel Angel Fernandez Ordonez said Monday.

In response to the recent contagion of Greece's financial problems to other countries with large budget deficits like Spain and Portugal, Fernandez Ordonez said Spain is in a very different situation to that of Greece.
