Where is Mr Zapara these days? What did Mork have to say about him? He seems to be a culprit here, working for Morgan and selling shares behind his back ? Really makes you wonder, was Zapara really that dumb or was he shorting FOR Morgan ?

Please tell me what we bought then. If we bought more shares than there are in the float, then sombody naked shorted them. I have every LEGAL right to DEMAND for the certificate in a stock that I purchashed. The person who sold it to me (my broker) MUST give me the certificate BY LAW if I DEMAND it.

It's not my problem how he get's it. If the broker goes to the person that sold it to them (a MM) and asks for the certificate then that's their problem. If the MM doesn't have them on hand because they shorted it for somebody in Canada, who gives a f*ck if their clients are canadian. The MM's are US companies and MUST comply with U.S. Securities laws.

Some broker you are.
