PBTH is up a modest 2.61% on volume of >309Ks almost 3x its ADV.<g>

It traded at 10:10AM above its April19 H of $5.55 but is having a few down ticks since I started writing this note.<g>

The stock is benefiting from its report today of new preclinical data on its pipeline of drug candidates designed to reduce the dosing frequency of therapeutic proteins and peptides.
The data will be discussed by its management at the 2010 BIO International Convention in Chicago on Wednesday and later at the Rodman & Renshaw 6th Annual Global Healthcare Conference in London and the Jefferies 2010 Global Life Sciences Conference in New York City.

On April 14 it received a $1.6M grant from the Israel Government for its hGH-CTP, a longer-acting version of human growth hormone.

Phillip Frost is the chairman and largest investor on PBTH, and I decided in December to pick up some shares. I am also planing on picking up a few more.<g>

RPTP was up 12.12% and is still up 8.18% with volume of > 317K getting close to 2x its ADV

In spite of the general market, the stock is still trading above the resistance of $3.50 but has not been able to test the H at the time of the spike of May 3<g>
