Dunno. That's way beyond me. Hard to say to what extent the damage from the sugar outweighs the benefit of the cream. I think it's fair to say, though, that if you're going to eat that stuff, your HDL is better off with ice cream than ice milk.

(There's a book out called "The Six Week Cure for the Middle Aged Middle" by Michael and Mary Dan Eades, two excellent authorities. The diet is basically protein shakes with heavy cream added. Supposed to attack visceral fat.)
