NiMin Energy (NNN.TO) -- I need to correct a prior misunderstanding, the shares they sold to US investors are free-trading in Canada (the only place they are restricted is on the OTCQX, which is not the primary trading exchange anyway).

I'm expecting to see the 1Q filing soon, maybe by Friday or Monday if they follow recent filing patterns. Not expecting a lot to write home about in that, but at least it will show the first full quarter of Wyoming production so production is going in the right direction. Do they update timing of new drilling in that filing or do they stay mum and let the stock continue to flush itself out another week or so, you make the call.

Weisel announced it's selling out to Stifel Nicholas, see dealbook.blogs.nytimes.com . Not sure how this might impact Weisel's relationship with NiMin. The deal is expected to close by the end of the quarter.
