I've been thinking that every time we get a wonder rally after a high volume sell-off (which are increasing in frequency).

I'm torn between two possibilities.

1. Exactly what you said about manipulation.
2. The street has already figured out that we are going to have massive inflation and this is the real floor in the market.

I still believe there is some significant down coming soon.

It's the gestalt of all the high speed program trading, by big guys and little guys, all with different software. Plus the ripples the humans add..

We could be in the middle of a nuclear exchange, and the program trading would grind on, oblivious..
