Of course he can invite anyone he wants to call him... why would you consider that illegal? Shareholders can always do due diligence.. too bad no one here did any before now. But as to your assertion that he gave confidential information here... what was it ? And isn't that the pot calling the kettle black ?

Riley, is it true that the company hasn't been audited in three years? Is it true that nobody can find numbers for the offshore mills? And if so, why can't Morgan/Breton give them out? Dempsey Mork is trying his damndest to shut down RMIL and implicate you. He thinks he has been screwed over, and has been essentially harassing the SEC about the company. Mork has scared away my investors... dammit... Riley, those guys that talked to you on the phone on my side were my investors. They got some serious money, and they're not coming in now. sigh, Matty Gregg
