While it is true that the quarterly data went out unaudited,
they did file SEC quarterly 10Q's which will be revised to some
unkown extent.

Their auditors weren't lied to you, but they dizzed the shareholders
and made fools of the Street Anal-ysts.

Remember, too, that during this period they released
more than one pre-release about earnings. So they
went out of their way to mis-inform.

We need to see the timing of management's stock sales
along the way to see how the pattern developed.
