Yep. That's the standard.

I'm not advocating heavy cream. The worth of most foods is in the food for which it substitutes. If you add heavy cream to your diet on top of what you usually eat, then it's definitely not a good thing. If you replace your Cremora or Cool Whip with it, then it's to your benefit.

We're off topic here. If you're interested in chatting with people who shun skim milk but are not horrified at the prospect of heavy cream, try this thread.
