Our government is responsible for emergency response to disasters. Sometimes it is prepared and does an excellent job. It did a terrible job with the oil rig disaster. Without sound leadership, it was not a surprise.

Kenneth stated that they were on top of this from day one. They were not and I believe that he will change the subject and not support his position. He cannot and we all know that.
