They announce that he is a "lone wolf" at the same time that the Paks arrest 10 people in conjunction with him.

Holder announced that the bomb was "thwarted" when the truth is that it went off and failed.

This language was not accidental by Holder. They are trying to set up a false BG.

Which was the successful object of the SUV bomb that did not go off. It did not HAVE to go off to find out how the system works, or doesn't.
