Did your investors just talk to Dempsey Mork? I'm sure he would say anything to be cover 60,000 shares that he shorted out of his own pocket.

Not to mention the one's his Canadian buddies shorted or his company.

Matty,

Don't invest in RMIL again. Find something else. If you think this is rough, waht do you think will happen with RMIL at $6??? How are you going to feel when RMIL is trading in December??

And did the SEC tell them they were gonna shut them down? The SEC wouldn't tell me crap when I called. Said they couldn't. Just ask Mr.
Kugler, they're not allowed to.
Sincerely,
Hraka

Matty,

I was involved with a stock that (even if everything Mork says about RMIL were true) would make this seem like a Sunday School picnic. There were complaints galore by investors. While I sold at about an eighty percent loss, I still go back to the thread to see if anything is going on. Keep in mind that this is what someone else recently posted. Their complaint was that they had called the SEC to find out what was going on with the investigation and the agent told them that it was against procedure to comment on an ongoing investigation. This person had no reason (IMO) to lie about this, after all he was compaining about it. So, my question is how likely is it that the SEC would give out to Mork such sensitive information as to a date that trading would be halted? Think about the source and what he potentially has to gain from making people believe that a halt is imminent.
