Karl.. you nailed down their mistake, please don't forgive them. I have spent a lot of time communicating via e-mail and posting with marcos, jackson, charters and others in order to get them to change their style and quit being so rude, crude, insulting, etc. It definitely hasn't worked. I give up! I was wrong. Like many, I use this thread to get a sense of what's going on with IPM. It helps me identify areas for further DD. I have met people who I can correspond with or even talk with on the Internet or by phone. Obviously, I would not make a decision based on anything I read on this thread. It's just one more piece. There are some posters on the IPM thread who are so insulting that it offends me. Their postings detract from everything good. I don't care if they are full of positives or negatives. I do care when they insult me, friends, etc. I care very much when they destroy the value of this thread. They take their self-centered opinions and force them on you and me. Sure you can Next them, but that becomes very distracting. I hate to see this thread (and maybe SI) fail. The software is excellent, the price is right and with a few changes, we have a lot going for us. I know that much of the communication has transitioned to e-mail. At this rate, there will be very little of value on this thread. I think everyone should take it upon themselves to do everything possible to get the disruptive ones off this thread. Assist the disrupters in making mistakes that will allow SI to kick them off. Send copies of anything that offends you to the web mistress. Some of us survived the "Great Sysop War of 96" on S10. I suggest that there is a new war and who ever wins will survive to benefit from this thread. Charge............
