You are confusing limited government with no government. Read the constitution. It will tell you what government is SUPPOSED to be doing.

Yes, but if you are an advocate of limited gov't why would you not have the state take care of its own disaster problems instead of turning to the federal gov't? After all, it doesn't say in the Constitution that the feds have to help the states with their disaster problems.
