The warrants are excerciseable at any time to buy one share of stock for $1.00. Now if the common stock price should acquire a target price of $2.50 for ten days and the warrants are not excercised the company can recall the stock for a set price. Heck I think it is a nickel or something like that.

Now if the price gets to $2.50 I will excercise the warrant so I am not worried about it. OR I can sell the warrant and not exercise it on the warrant market. Probably be trading for a buck somewhere.

Anyway I hope that answers your question. If you would like to make a specific question I will attempt to answer it. I do not personally see a problem with the warrants.
