Tom -

I see what you were getting at with your earlier post, and I agree.

Meanwhile, I am preparing to get on a plane tomorrow morning, heading for a much needed rest in St. Lucia. That's one of the Windward Islands in the Caribbean (which I state for the geographically impaired.) Just north of St. Thomas.

Temperatures are expected to be in the 80s, both above and below the surface of the water. Visibility underwater is usually greater than 100 feet. There will be sand, sun, tropical drinks, and scuba diving.

But I'm going to overlook all that and just make the best of it. I'll try to have a good time despite all of the above.

Everyone, please take good care of the thread in my absence. When I return there will be only three fingers until the big announcement. But as you say, Tom, for those of us who follow Iomega this closely, it probably won't be a big surprise.

- Allen

Tom, I enjoyed your comments on n.hand, COMDEX, Big Announcement, etc.
I don't have a clue about n.hand but all here say it's cool so I continue to buy more calls. For what I know, n.hand is a polite reference to Rocky's "genius." Seriously, whatever it is, and whatever its applications, if "n.hand" stays, then the marketing people have to go. How about we start a name the thingy contest on the thread? Re. the Big Announcement; given the steady hands on the helm of this company, I can't imagine inviting litigation with a dud.
Best of luck...Michael
