long,

It's very easy to put the Boy Scout case in perspective.

How many rational parents would feel comfortable sending their teenage daughters away for a weekend camping trip with heterosexual men that they didn't know extremely well?

My estimate is about 0%.

So why should any parent feel comfortable sending their teenage boy away for a weekend camping trip with homosexual men that they don't know extremely well?

They shouldn't.

The reality is that well over 95% of the time both the teenage girls and boys will be safe. Most rational people understand that too. But if the probabilities of abuse are even fractionally higher and your dealing with your child, you'd have to be retarded to take the chance unless you know the person extremely well.

That is the problem with so many on the left.

They can't comprehend this because they either lack basic intelligence or live in a delusional idealistic world that does not exist. Their way of thinking causes never ending social, moral, and economic decay and damage to us all.
