Michael, that's not what I'm talking about and you know it. If this thing blows up because of illegal doings on their part, so be it. If this blows up because you are posting information as fact, recommending people take profits(that's selling I believe), announcing there is no short interest, Mork doesn't have to cover, Mork only has 100,000 shares and supporting the apparently illegal efforts of Mork to kill the company, then that's another story, don't you think? Assuming the statements you put out were false. My contention is you didn't say Mork said this or Mork said that, you've purposefully posted things that Mork has told you as if they were true.

Oh yes Kugler gets to put out his opinion. Problem is . . .

There is no content in it!
He seems to argue like a professional run-around artist.
I have read *ALL* posts by Kugler and have yet to be truly moved or offended by anything he posts!
I would prefer not to argue with him directly because his modis operandi is to phrase is sentences in a way that is most irritating!

It is difficult to argue with a position that begins with the premise: "I am available to talk about anything, however, I really will say nothing and bug the heck out of you while I'm saying it."

His number one goal is to win the debate and put you down at the same time. Most frustrating.

Michael,

I have no idea regarding the restriction on a broker recommending the buying or selling of a stock on the internet. However, you addressed the same message to three persons this afternoon in which you urged them to start "playing with the house's money". There is no doubt in my mind that this was a recommendation to sell part of their position in RMIL.
