If this spill is attributed to Bush and the reason given is the long term effects of Bush's oil policy, then 9/11 should be attributed to Bill Clinton.

This post by one from the Kennedy family is sheer non sense. Obama declared that he is for off shore drilling. Once he did so, then we cannot even think of attributing this spill to the failed policies of Bush.
