Clay: To be honest, in my opinion it may take legal intervention if the brokerages are involved. off the subject..a company that is having cash flow problems, and needs to call certs at 6 3/8 may have trouble, if the shorts keeps knocking it down under this price. al

Clayleas,
I don;t think the DTC gives a rat's ___ about the mm's or vice versa. The DTC has a tough job of keeping up with all the individual
accounts of every brokerage house. That is confusing lot of mess and I'm sure in a case like this the get behind.
