To be honest with you, probably not. If this does turn out to be a pile of doggy doo, as you put it, there could be a trading halt. If, and I repeat if, that is the case the stock could go down bigtime.

Remember 15c2-11, if it is invoked by the SEC, says essentially that the market makers cannot make a market in a stock if the financials are not current or if they are not reasonable sure the financials are correct.

They can take unsolicited orders, I think. But in the case of SEXI, it went even farther. The stock lost it's blue sky anywhere in the US and you couldn't buy it here, even if you wanted to. You could only sell. You could still buy in Canada. But then it got delisted on most Canadian exchanges as well.

I'm not saying this will happen here. This is worst case scenario.
