"Historically there were large numbers of children and grandchildren who made life whole and interesting for their aging grannies and grandpas. Many from the 1960's generation, intent on proving their independence, have entered their their 'golden years' of independence only to find themselves suffering from the debilitating effects of loneliness and social isolation. Even people who've produced children in this highly mobile society where divorce is more common than not, lose touch."

How kind of you to ask (he says sarcastically) but since you did, my children and grandchildren are very much a part of our lives and they live nearby. We attend more baseball games than I can count...swimming meets also. We travel frequently to faraway places and stay physically fit. In fact, I look forward to days off.. To relieve my aggressions and for fun I participate in chat groups to attack RWer's and religious zealots....

And if you've got a pocket full of viagra and no place to go what do you think you do?? How's it working for you?
