Can you eloborate Michael on the statement . . .

I just don't think the magnitude of the short postiion in this stock is
anywhere near what Riley claims it to be. If it was, the stock would already
be at 1000.

Kugler, you went digging through the GIFS thread with tonto to just come up with 152c11 (?) rule - very smart , but sloppy! Thoughts ?

<And I have said Mork said this and Mork said that. I have posted what he told me. Nothing more. Go back and read my posts and you'll see.>

I hate when people make me go back. Here's what I got, they all appear to be statements made by you, no mention of mork said, etc.

Question: Hey, if Riley can say there is a huge short interest with
no proof, anyone else can say there is no short position. Who's
right?

Mike,

You wrote, "I just don't think the magnitude of the short postiion in this stock is anywhere near what Riley claims it to be. If it was, the stock would already be at 1000."

1. Are you saying that IF Riley's numbers are correct,(ie, the cartel owns 1.1 million over the public float) and IF everyone requests their certificates, then we will see a huge price increase?

2. If you agree to the above does the following make sense: It doesn't matter where the extra shares came from (ie Mork shorting or MM selling what's not theirs)? The fact remains that folks bought shares of OVIS/RMIL and are simply requesting certs.

If you can answer these, would you please cut and paste this post and answer after each question?

Thanks for your response.
