If O had killed the birther protests, then the knuckle draggers would simply have concentrated on his "Muslim School" of the costume he wore in Kenya or the fact that "Community Organizer" looks a lot like "Communist Organizer." So, he lets it run its course, then, during the next election, should the GOP find one competitive candidate amongst its crew of dregs, he could produce it to prove how crazy his opponents are. Of course, that wouldn't be fair, as the great majority of his opponents are not that crazy. But one paints with a broad brush during a campaign. BTW, we all know that it was Tiger Woods who was born in Kenya.
