It may be executed. Etrade is slow at reporting completed transactions when the market is busy. I can't wait until 1999, when their technology is supposed to improve. No wait . . .

<I have a few sells sitting under the bid and nothing is being executed...WTF??

I'm on E-trade>

You are fixing to get executed, and I don't mean that in the making money kind of way. They'll execute those bids when and if they intend to execute your account into a margin call later on.

Almost everything I try timeouts or the connection resets. Also, were options halted during the plunge? I had some bids sitting a penny under prior to the nosedive, but the last transaction is still listed as the low price for the day. The price was verified on Quotemedia, so thats another source.

Had a slow execution at Fidelity myself.
