Well I do not think they will lower the price. That would be a very bad move on their part since 50 - 75% of the warrants are held by brokerage firms. Now I when back and read that filing and I do not intrepret it the way you have but I believe the one thing no company wants to do is mess with their solid base. I hope you find out the answer and so far after checking on this possible problem no one seem to see what you mean. (Not being rude or sarcastic just out of all the question I have answered and asked this is a first...) If they want to be on NASDAQ why would they reduce the target price.

I was told that, heck, if could be intrepreted that they could raise the target price if they wanted to. If you have noticed they have not released much news at all. I believe, well I somewhat know brokerage houses are sneaking in at this rock bottom price to reenforce the sold base for this stock.

Let us know what you find out.
