FF, i'm sure there is some truth to that. i'm also sure that direct culpability varies greatly from location to location.

i also know it is hard to challenge "management" even though one is not directly culpable.

complex issues like this tend to be over simplified and that is almost always very unfair to some people.

having said that, if there is no culpability and nothing to hide, well, don't hide it. my guess is they are hiding information that makes them culpable - I'm specifically thinking of the goon leading the LA archdioces - isn't his name mahoney? he obviously has full upper management policy support, even if some in management personally disagree with that support.

hopefully, the kids are safe and the message is sent through the ranks that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated.

now, if we can get some attention on CPS and all the bad stuff that transpires there. that should demand at least as much press, if not more.
