I can't tell you why, that's what I'm asking you. You're the one who believes Mork. I'm being serious, why would he short the shares in advance of getting the stock? There has to be some reason that makes sense to you, there's none that makes sense to me.

You do too much for something you have no money in, a testament that something is amiss. Please continue to "save" me though, the more you do the more I am convinced there is something behind the scenes.
