Derek I remember hearing Casey Cowell as the CEO of USR a year or more ago saying "we plan to be at both ends of the connection". Seems everyone from Cisco on down have taken heed and adopted his thinking.

Seems like 3Com has the home court advantage there, Derek. ..an environment dominated by 3Com...Officials said the sheer size of the market and the opportunity necessitates a move into the space. That's a very bullish comment on 3Com's position in re this market! Maybe I should be having 3Com on my buy list now.
