I forgot about FNN. That day I was working in manufacturing/engineering ops at a plant where weren't tv's available to us.

'87 was a total waterfall; I was watching Phelps Dodge (copper miner later swallowed on the cheap by FCX) on FNN (with Ed Hart in the background making sagacious noises) plunge from the 60's (I think it was) to about 8... I called my broker ON THE TELEPHONE! and threw in a bid when he finally answered after maybe 20 rings, got filled at about 23... and was a little pissed off for about 30 seconds... but ended up pretty happy. Today I added to my NCZ at 8.20 when a few days ago it printed 9.95 And if it isn't over I'll buy some more in the days and weeks ahead.
