Stockman, I wish I had bought DELL the sametime time I did CPQ. I was told whenever DELL crashes to buy it. Great service and lots of support. Only trouble is-that plays well in booming economy. We no longer have a booming economy. Fulgality ic coming into vogue again. The one thing that kept me away from DELL was "the speakers" Why are they not attached to moniter? As a comsumer with limited space, little things like that matter! IMO I always ask or look at what brand of computer people have. Actually I can say Gateway is quite popular amongst small business, because of price. I never see DELL in small businesses, why it that? Too Expensive, maybe? So where can DELL go from here? Down maybe? Or cut there prices and margins? Or turn over the customers to CPQ, who has a good cheap box? Latter maybe? Thanks for the customers. Ken
