Where did I say in the post that he did not own the shares!! I believe if a person takes delivery of certs he has to own then know?
Where did I see he doesn't own them.

Your logic is what is out of whack here. You said he was asking for delivery. There is a tacit implication that he would have had to buy them first, a transaction Everen would never approve.
