I will explain why LRPs won't work if you want. Just more blah blah. Think of this. We'll turn off the machines for awhile to slow thiungs down. Then we will turn them on again. Humorously, the machines presumably already have the circuit breakers built in. Where were they? Well, they can't work when millions of orders hit the market in 2 minutes. The only thing that needs to be done is restore uptick rule. The institutions and brokers don't want this because with the rule you can't manipulate the market. The DM admin's SEC knows this but won't do anything because these entities donate heavily to 'crats.
