Tomato, Lawyers wrote the proxy info. Of course its not clear!!! I put the very questions you are asking me to Sophie herself. I even asked her to double check with the higher ups which she did.

As for there not being enough Ice I will defer that question to Walt. In my personal opinion I think the question is when will the ice be thick enough not if. This is nearly the arctic we are talking about. If Snap Lake don't freeze over then Vancouver and San Francisco will be very expensive swimming pools this spring.

Plan B? We all place our heads between our legs and kiss our assets goodbye.

The wording seems pretty clear;

"3. To approve, with or without amendment, an ordinary resolution whereunder the company allocate and reserve its common shares from time to time for the purpose of granting options under an Employee Incentive Stock Option Plan, subject to a maximum of 4,500,000 shares being under option."

One could assume ? that the sentence should continue "...at any particular point in time."

Must call Sophie soon, what a voice ... cheers ..... Greenslimermacros
